Some referrals show "waiting to install" - what should I do?

I have referred total 7 people to sign up for dropbox. But only for 4 people I got 500mb each. For others it is showing "waiting for install". What should I do?

Just as a reminder. They have to install on a unique desktop (or laptop) computer. Mobile devices wont count.

    Actually, previously mobile devices were counted, that's why I am confused.

      Dropbox has never counted mobile devices for referrals. It has always required the install of the desktop application on a unique computer.
