Thanks JayâŠI guess Iâll have to try that. I donât have a choice. Can I still upload files to that folder when they only share the link? I need access to upload files.

2 years agoShared links only allow you to view and download files.
To upload files to their account, without it affecting your own quota, you'll need to ask them to create a file request.
- K3R5CH3N2 years agoHelpful | Level 5This is a huge problem for me. I wonât be able to do my job. It doesnât seem fair to penalize my account for the use of theirs, with their permission. I assume this is a way to force people to upgrade and pay more. Very, very unhappy.
- K3R5CH3N2 years agoHelpful | Level 5Iâll definitely be talking to my client about a better system of file sharing I can have access to without making their contractorâs accounts useless. They are growing and using a ton more space, eventually Iâll have to buy enterprise level space just to do work for them, which isnât feasible for any contractor.
