storage magically gone from my account

I joined Dropbox when it was new, and there was a promotion where they would grant you 2GB more storage for every person you got to sign up. I had 12GB of storage at one point, and now suddenly, I on...

To be more clear /confusing, it says: 

2 GB of storage to help you store and share files.
 
Personal Dropbox spaceUsing 10.6 GB of 13.25 GB

    Thanks for the info, it sounds like you're nearing the quota limit on your account, and the email was sent out to inform you of this. 

     

    The email doesn't show the exact amount of quota on your account, however, the site will show this information correctly.

        As mentioned previously, the email communication doesn't know of the total amount of quota on your account. 

         

        As you're still under quota from what you've described, you can ignore those email messages.
