    I m struggling with similar problem, Dropbox broke and keep showing it's full when it's not. I don't need 2 TB space. The amount i had it's enough for me, but only if it works. So far from 4,76gb it looks like he thinks I have 2gb. Could you please also advise me what to do?

    Could you please let us know what exactly is reported in your account's plan tab?

     

    Do you have any shared folders in your account perhaps?
