Storage Space - Incorrect on Dropbox
I am a member using the free 2GB storage subscription. According to the files on my PC the files take up 1.1GB of space. According to the online subscription, the files take up 2.01GB of space. How is it that they differ and what is the solution? It is preventing me from accessing files for work.
Hey BJGardner, thanks for the screenshots there!
Do you see any files or folders taking up space on your account's homepage or your backups page perhaps?
Let us know and we'll take it from there.

Hi Walter
It was the back up settings taking up unnecessary space - thank you so much for your prompt assistance, much appreciated.
