Used storage is larger than the total size of my files
Hi, I’m using the Basic plan.
Even after deleting a large folder (12GB), my storage still shows 7.2GB used.
All files now total only about 3.4GB. Deleted files and backups are empty.
Could you please reset or recalculate my storage usage?
Thank you.

Can you please take a look at your plan tab and let us know what exactly is reported in regards to your quota?
Thanks so much!

It happens automatically, however, if you are in a Team in anyway it can take a few hours.
