What happened with my extra storage from referrals?

My stocking space went from 8,5Go to 2Go recently.
I've built up all this free data from inviting other people to be dropbox users (500Mo each).

1- Am I the only one with this loss?

2- Does anybody figured out a way to get back their full storage back?

  • I see the basic plan. I see, only recently, 2Go. But I Also see my 7,9Go.

Hey there Vincent14 - sorry to hear about this.

If you made sure that you're logged into the correct Dropbox account, can you please take a look at your plan tab and let me know what exactly is reported there in regards to your quota?

    Thanks!
