A pop-up keeps appearing on my screen telling me my Dropbox account isn't syncing; I can't close it.

So Dropbox suddenly decides to throw up a modal window THAT CANNOT BE CLOSED on my macbook screen to tell me I'm out of space and stopped sync-ing?

Which idiot thought that was a good idea? I literally have to start Activity Monitor with it sitting in the middle of the screen and move AM around so I can force kill it. What better way to piss off your customers?

DROPBOX - PLEASE REMOVE THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!

    Hey redcoatd

Have you tried to free up some of your account's quota to see if the pop-up remains? You'd need to bring your account below its allocated storage, in order for the message to get removed from the desktop app.

No! You all need to reverse your terrible decision to release this - how on earth can you justify throwing up a model that you can't dismiss?!!

If it was my Product/Dev team that released this I would be wanting to know how on earth it was decided this was a good idea and who approved it.

    Please remove it immediately.

Hey redcoatd - I'm afraid I don't have any news for you on this. Have you tried freeing up some space as Megan suggested?
