Application not submitting

Hi! I am a college student attempting to apply for the summer internship and am having a hard time. I fill out all the boxes and when I hit submit it brings me to the top of the page and does not sub...

hi Hannah all the fields were filled properly and it still keeps doing that I also tried to change browsers too and it not working

When it takes you back to the top of the page, are you scrolling back down to the bottom to see if there are any errors?

    yes I make sure I look to see if there are any missing part which there isn't
