how do you download boxcryptor for use with my dropbox instance
It is not possible to purchase the product for any more unless direct from Dropbox sales (Business sales) https://www.boxcryptor.com/en/blog/post/new-chapter-with-dropbox/

This is only available as a product now for Dropbox Business customers with multiple licences.
If you are a paying customer in this category I suggest contacting your sales rep.
if I download it myself can i use it with my personal dropbox software

Thanks for this info. This is news to me! Is there a dropbox official release page where they have published plans and pricing as it relates to boxcryptor?

Not as far as I'm aware. As the Dropbox articles say its going to be for Business / Enterprise customers so I'd imagine you get it via your sales reps.
