Can you please send us a screenshot of any error you might be getting and another one of the app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray at the moment?
This will help us assist further.

Simply what I said above… I’m paying and I have been paying for the last several years for DropBox. In the last 2 months, I can’t find Dropbox anywhere on my computer. It’s not available, yet I’m paying for it. (It’s on my last statement).
