Can't open Dropbox folder with Explorer (Windows 10)

I have been using DB for several years without problem. Today I find I cannot open folders in my Dropbox folder on my C: drive with Explorer. I can see them if I use the web app. I have rebooted and ...

If I close the app, ALL of the folders in the /Dropbox folder cannot be accessed. I can open /Dropbox after a long wait, but nothing inside it.

Thanks for clarifying that for us. Are you running any security software like antivirus, firewalls or VPN/proxies by any chance topoloco2000?
