Can't sign in to W11 app (new computer).
Here's the msg I get.
Tried uninstalling, restarting computer, etc. Works fine on my W11 laptop and my W10 computer.
Never get a sign in screen, just flickers for a fraction of a second whether I use sign in or create a new account...

Hi Xanlithe , thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you on a Dropbox Basic plan with 3 or more connected devices?
This will help me to assist further!

I am on a Basic plan with 3 other devices linked. I unlinked one of them, leaving 2. It did not fix the issue.

Thanks for the update here, Xanlithe.
Is it possible that you have some kind of security app, like an antivirus, firewall, VPN etc. that might be affecting Dropbox?
If so, can you temporarily disable them, to see if it helps?

As far as I know, there is no antivirus or firewall or VPN, etc other than that which comes with Windows. The laptop I have (purchased recently) is Lenovo as is my new Desktop, so presumably came with the same software.
