Desktop app on Ubuntu says starting... but syncing does not occur

I launched dropbox start in the console. he gave me instructions that helped me. but I don't know how it worked)).

It seems to have worked somehow after a while, but I don't know what changed... I tried the version from the Ubuntu software store, the latest release on the website and manually installing other releases.
At some point I gave up, and a few hours later I realized the synchronization succeeded.
Maybe it was just too slow somehow
