Hey guys, I hope you're doing well!

Can you try logging in a new ticket number, in order for us to have a closer look into this? You can do this by visiting this form.

If you're having issues with that, don't worry. Just reply back to me, and I'll do this on my end for you. Once you have your ticket number, don't forget to also send it to me here, so I can locate it on our system.

    Thanks a bunch!

    Hello,

I am trying to delete files from my dropbox, and this message comes up.

"Go to Backup settings to delete Desktop.
If you no longer have access to the computer you used to create My PC (Lore) backup, click I don’t have access."

I selected I don't have access, and this pops up.

Unlink My PC (Lore) computer to delete
To unlink My PC (Lore), click Settings on dropbox.com, go to the security tab, and sign out of the device.

The device is not listed so I can sign out.

I can not use Dropbox on my new laptop, as once I delete the files they sync back again.

    Please help/advise.

    Thanks.

I’ve merged your post here, Loredana Dreptate, as your issue seems relevant to the one discussed.

Can you please send over a screenshot of what you see on your Backups page

When saying that you’re trying to delete files from your Dropbox account, do you mean that you’re unable to delete individual files within the "Desktop" folder, or that you’re trying to delete the folder altogether?

If you attempt to just delete its files, do you still get an error?
