"Recently Changed Files" not working properly on "Lite" Win7 version
Hello! I'm on Windows 7 and I've been looking forward to getting the "lite" version of the desktop app that had been announced for people using this OS, as the regular version of the app takes forever to load. I finally got it today and I'm super excited about it! It's working well and runs really fast, but I have a question/suggestion/bug report that I was wondering if anyone else knows about.
When clicking the icon on the taskbar the menu comes up, but when selecting "Recently Changed Files" it doesn't seem to update this list. I've deleted, edited and moved items, and I believe they're syncing correctly but this list hasn't updated ever since the first time I launched this lite version of the app. I even added a new file, let it sync, closed the app and opened it again, but the list still doesn't show it.
I assume this isn't intentional. Is this supposed to show the actual "recently changed" files like the newer version used to do (and like the menu text actually says)? I know some might say this version of the app, and the OS itself, is unsupported but that's not my question here and it would be great to have the lite app do what it says on the box. Thanks for any tips!

Thanks for letting us know about this, User123987.
Does restarting the computer make any difference on this?
Also, all the changes you made, are they available in your account on the Dropbox website?
Keep me posted!

Restarting doesn't make a diference. This has been going on since I got this upgrade last week and I've been doing plenty of work with Dropbox in between. The files are available and synced online, yes, so I know they've been backed up, but I still think it would be great if the "recently changed" files were shown on the desktop app as intended.

Hey User123987, let me jump in here!
I'd love to have a visual of the behavior that you described. Can you send us a couple of screenshots, please?
You can either attach them by clicking the camera-like icon when replying back to me, or by copying and pasting them here.
I'll be waiting for your update!

Sure, but I don't know what good screenshots of an unchanging menu will do. I'll attach one of the menu that shows the (allegedly) recently changed files on the desktop app, and one of my recent syncs on the browser to show that they don't match. There is one file in both screenshots that was added 5 days ago, the date when the desktop app updated. Nothing on this list has changed since then.
I added a new file just now to test (again), and it does show up on the browser's "recents" list but no change on the desktop app list.
