Dropbox and Windows 11 - not autostarting

Although all the settings say it should be, my recently installed copy of Dropbox on a new W11 machine is not autostarting on switch on. I'm having to start it manually. One PC and 2 iOS systems can ...

Hey TERRACE_87, thanks for the nudge here.

 

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox application on your computer, won't affect the files in your Dropbox folder.

 

Once it's reinstalled, the application will just re-index your files to check for changes.

 

Are you having some kind of issue that you're trying to troubleshoot?

I think my firewall started to block programs, affecting which open at startup (Windows 11 PC.) No matter what I did I couldn't get Dropbox to open at startup. After my message here I ended up uninstalling the Windows app of Dropbox and reinstalling it. I had to set up again which folders to selective sync but it looks to be back to normal now.
