Dropbox Business Standard - Access to Dropbox Passwords Removed
Since late last week Dropbox Passwords is giving all of our users an error message that states the service is unavailable on our current plan and that we should "upgrade." However, we are on a Dropbox Business Standard plan so we should not be receiving this message.
Our business productivity is being directly affected as a result of this error.
Dropbox support escalated the issue internally, over 48 hours ago, to a "specialized team" and is supposed to be providing updates by email as they become available. So far, we've heard nothing.
Hopefully someone will see this and work to address the issue immediately!
Well...someone did something because now Dropbox Passwords is back to working properly for everyone here.
Thank you!
