Dropbox is extremely slow across devices.
Every few weeks, my Dropbox becomes extremely slow and unresponsive.
This happens across all of my devices simultaneously.
I just checked the upload speed and it is around 12 kb/s. My internet speed is very fast at around 40mb/s.
It says "1 hour" but it will actually take several days to sync.
Why does this keep happening?

Hey discofuel, welcome to our Community!
As a first step, would you mind clarifying your device's OS, and Dropbox version that you have installed on it?
You mentioned that you noticed this behavior across multiple devices. Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Also, is it possible that you have more than 300k files in your Dropbox folder? That might slow down syncing and will generally cause the performance of the Dropbox app to deteriorate.
