I removed your links and added the corresponding images to your reply, to avoid unnecessary traffic in your account.
Can you let us know when you started noticing this issue? Was it after an update to your OS or perhaps a Dropbox update?
Also, can you please send us a screenshot of your local Dropbox folder, showing the sync icons on your files?

This issue has been going on for about a year. I haven´t noticed any changes with either OS or Dropbox updates.
The files in the Dropbox folder don´t have any sync icons. I´m guessing it´s because I´m not running the app.

Hello!
There doesn´t appear to be any sync icons. After launching the Dropbox app, the icons stay the same, but everything works fine - syncing, creating links, etc.
