How often do you see this pop-up? Does that happen every time you reboot the device, or even when the app is up and running?

When the app is up and running. This is what my taskbar looked like this morning, full of UAC popups.

You mentioned you were using version 191 of the app, however there's a latest update (192) out.
Can you try running the installer, to update the app while following these steps?
