I'm seeing the same issue on macOS Tahoe 26.1, the Dropbox Finder Extension is running but there is no Finder integration- no sync status icons or contextual menu items.
I've tried an Advanced Reinstall with no change.
I'm seeing that the slide switch to enable Dropbox File Provider under Login Items & Extensions is turning itself back off after enabling.
Otherwise file changes are syncing, but no way to manage files from the Finder.
