Having trouble adding team account

Hi Im trying to add a new dropbox account to my local Macs dropbox app, but I keep getting an 'Unexpected error, please try again later' error I have a free personal account, and the account im try...

    aha! sorted it - I had to first be in the work account and THEN link to my personal account - rather than the other way around

hi, im not 100% certain but have just assumed so.  Is it possible to be part of larger team of accounts if its a personal account?

When I try and link it gives me the same error.

If you are just using Shared Folders then yes it is. 

Business Accounts have specific types of set ups on folders etc. that work differently to normal ones.
