I cannot get to my recovery words file to access my passwords on Dropbox Passwords

I am trying to access my passwords but it askes me to click on a chrome window,  I dont see any window and when I click resend noting happens.  Unfortunately I cannot fond the recovery-words.pdf file.

How can i solve this issue?

    Can you please guide me through the steps you're following to access your passwords?

    Have you also tried doing this from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if it helps?
