I can't access the desktop settings to enable the autosaving of screenshots on Windows
when I downloaded dropbox onto my laptop, it prompted me to enable auto saving screenshots as jpeg, which has been quite helpful.
however, I have not been able to enable that option on my pc, I...

Is the Dropbox desktop application running? Are you able to see the Dropbox icon in the system tray near the clock?
From there, you'll be able to access the preferences to enable the screenshot option.
Keep me updated with any progress!
