I can't access the desktop settings to enable the autosaving of screenshots on Windows

when I downloaded dropbox onto my laptop, it prompted me to enable auto saving screenshots as jpeg, which has been quite helpful.   however, I have not been able to enable that option on my pc, I...

    Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application without uninstalling it first by using this link?
