I can't sign in on Safari, but I can sign in on Firefox
Ive always signed into my account on safari but for some reason it will no longer let me sign in .
I can sign in on firefox .
Ive downloaded the app to see if that helps but its asking me to sign in on safari to set up the app so i cant do that either . any help much appreciated

Have you tried what my colleague Jay suggested by any chance?
I'd also suggest you make sure that Safari is up to date. That way you can prevent compatibility issues.

it was working fine a few weeks ago also it looks like its not just me going by cartoonistaaron comments above

It's likely that something in Safari is preventing you from logging into the Dropbox site directly.
I'd recommend trying to reset the entire browser entirely or creating a new profile to see if this helps.

I have no extensions the screen in completley empty i just checked using the link you sent

Does it work fine with other browsers?

Having the exact same issue here and it's been ongoing for weeks. No plugins, private browsing doesn't work, entirely reset Safari and it worked once then would not work again.

If you use Safari in private browsing mode without any extensions, do you still get the same behavior on your device?
