Do you have any antivirus/firewall programs running on your device at the moment? If you do, please disable them temporarily and reinstall the Dropbox app.
Are you getting the same error message then?
Other than that, I can see you’ve also reached out to our support team in the meantime, so I’ve left them an internal note on your behalf, as well.
