I lost my Dropbox folder after my hard drive crashed. What can I do to get it back?
Recently my hard drive crashed and I lost my Dropbox folder on my desktop. I can still log into my Dropbox account, but don't have access to the folder on my desktop that mirrors what I have on Drop...

If you have exceeded the device limit that Megan mentioned, just remove the existing device from your Security page first, then install the app. Even though it's the same device, Dropbox sees it as a new computer. Think of it more like installations, rather than devices.
