i already had dropbox Successfully using Dropbox on Drive D when DBX decided that Too many devices Were linked.
So I got rid of the so called Superfluous links. Then when I logged into DBX on the HP, DBX went on its rename and Download rampage. I had no opportunity to tell DBX that the DBX directory was no longer in its Default location. Plus, it clearly knew the intended location because it renamed it,
I don't expect to have any difficulty getting the drop box directory back on DRive D. I'd just like some Assurance that DBX will avoid future rampages

While we can't provide assurances that unexpected behavior wouldn't occur again, as this situation does sound a little unusual with the multiple devices, we would be here to help you out if you experience any further issues.
