Linked accounts when using the desktop app. Is it possible?

The new account is Basic. The previous account is paid personal account, not business. I used a whole new email address to join the new account. I'm guessing it got the files from the hard drive Dropbox.
Not sure how to explain my accounts without giving you my email address.

If none of the accounts is a Business one, then I'm afraid there's no way to pair/link the two accounts, in order to access both of them from your computer.
Also, a Basic account is just the default version of a Dropbox account, so you wouldn't need to join it; how did your new customer add you to their Dropbox?
Did they send you an invitation to join their team or did you perhaps just join a folder they shared with you?
