List of not-synced folder when using Dropbox Selective Sync

When using Dropbox Selective Sync how I can  see a list or generate a report of the folders I do not see on this device (i.e. I do not sync to this device)?

I know in the Dropbox Selective Sync Panel I can click through all the folder and subfolders to find the ones I do not sync, but a list in a text or PDF file would be more helpful when I'm going to recreate the same sync behaviour on another machine.

I'm looking for the same type of functionality. I am setting up workstation PCs that need to sync very specific lists of folders form a very large dropbox. The ability to save a selection of folders for "workstation users" or "office users" for example, would save me a lot of time.

Thanks for the info. I guess it is what it is...

(User-facing logging and reporting is certainly not a strength of Dropbox...)

Hey waldalla, thanks for posting here!

There's no direct way to create a list or PDF of all your files, and folders that you're syncing with us whether you see them locally on the device, or not.

The one alternative that you can use is what you already mentioned by using the selective sync panel to click through all the folders, and subfolders you use with your account. I know it's not the most convenient thing, but maybe you could use some screenshots of these settings, in order for you to have a visual on your next device too.

    I hope this clarifies!
