    I had the same issue and found a workaround which works for me

     

    -> Open TaskManager

    -> Navigate to Startup

    -> Select Dropbox and push the mouse's right button for properties

    -> Got to the Table Compatibility

    -> Check the checkbox for "run this program as an administrator"

    -> Reboot your computer

    Dropbox wil run as administrator

     

    It solved the problem for me

    I click the "Open" button to view the ticket # 11722942 and nothing happens.

    Does any one know why I can't Open tickets? The picture below shows the Open button.
