Can you let me know which version of the Dropbox app you have installed and what the sync status currently is?
You can hover over the Dropbox icon, to see this info.
Also, what kind of icons do the files in your Dropbox folder have next to them? Cloud icons?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

1. I have Dropbox 171.3.6135 installed with sync status "up to date"
2. I attached a screenshot with the icons view (for the files in offline and in online mode)

If you switch the files from online-only, to available offline, are you able to see the correct file sizes?

Hannah yes, after syncing them. But I'm asking not about the FILES, but about THE FOLDERS size.
