I can't use my university email address to create a Dropbox account.
Recently, I need to use my university email to creat an account, but the system shows it is not allowed. So how can I solve this problem to get an account based on my Asu.edu Email?

it shows that my Asu.edu email is considered an organizational email and cannot be used to register an account. The system asks me to contact the administrator.
Hey logierachel! Hope you don’t mind if I jump in.
Can you also attach a screenshot of the exact error message that you’re getting? I’d like to have a visual in order to better assist you (just make sure that your email address isn’t visible, before posting it here).

Hi logierachel, it's likely that the email domain is owned by a Dropbox team, meaning that you might not be able to sign in using a normal method.
Have you tried contacting your IT admin at asu.edu for further assistance on this matter?
