It might sound trivial, but can you try signing out of the app, then back in Simple?

As a first step, can you check the syncing status on each of your MacBook Pro device? Once you do, let me know what it reports.

Can you please look at your menu bar (at the top part of your screen, close to your clock settings), and check if there’s a small Dropbox icon there?
If there is, I’d like you to hover over it, and send me the app version you see.
After that, please click on it, and send me a screenshot of its syncing status.
