MacOS and multiple DropBox accounts
Hi! Can anyone answer whether or not the new Dropbox for macOS will permit multiple DropBox account to be supported? Currently using the Mac Automator app I can have multiple instances of DropBox running, all pointing to their own discrete folders for me to support the different organisations. Support were far from helpful in whether this was possible. Will it still be possible if I upgrade as the files now move to the ~/Library/CloudStorage folder...so how can I create discrete standalone folders for each instance? Many thanks. Note: I'm not interested in whether this is officially supported by DropBox, simply what is possible in operation, as it currently is now.

The only official support for multiple accounts is when you're a member of a Business team account and you link a personal account. In that situation, both accounts can sync to one computer. There are no other official methods for syncing multiple accounts.

Yes, I realise that if you look at my post... I'm not asking for official support, simply what will happen and if anyone has identified a working alternative. What I am doing on the current version is not supported - and I'm happy with that - but it works...I'm simply wanting to know if it will still work when I move to the official MacOS version. I don't think it will, but someone out in the community may have a solution. 🙂
