Im sure it was basic or standard. I jumped the gun and deleted account after issue accured. I finally open an email to unsubscribe today and noticed it stated it downloads files. Im sure it’s hard drive files and not external hard drive.

Hi ThumpN, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

In order to understand what your error message is related to, could you attach a screenshot showing the message?

Are you not able to open C: in file explorer, or just your external drive?

This will help me to assist further!
