3 years agoHi misstheo1, thank you for clarifying!
Can you clarify the Dropbox version you're using on your end? Do you use the new macOS for File Provider?
Can you also send me a screenshot of the error -if any- you get when trying to open files directly from your Dropbox folder?

Hello,
- Dropbox tells me that my "business trial" has ended. That I'm occupying 194,6Go out of 1Ko and that I need to upgrade my subscription.
Did Dropbox reduce the amount of space available for the standard subscription ?
- It says there are no synchronisation problems
- the dropbox version is v184.4.6543
- my Mac version is Ventura 13.6

Hey misstheo1, if you're using 194,6 GB out of 0 MB, it means you're out of space and over your quota.
It's apparent in your screenshot as well.
If your Business trial ended, your account could be in locked state, so that's why the Dropbox app is not syncing.
Did you have another subscription before you did the Business trial? Like a Plus or Professional individual plan?

Hello,
Yes, I have a subscription of Dropbox Plus 2T which I pay monthly.
4 days ago I removed some heavy files from my Dropbox folder so it must be considerably smaller now.
I doubt I'd need to upgrade it but how can I know?
Thank you very much.

If you're already on a paid Plus subscription, you don't need to upgrade your account.
But if you used to have a Business trial, which expired, you are probably in locked state, so now, to get back to your Plus subscription, you'll need to "disband your team".
Disbanding your team will get you back to your Plus subscription and back to syncing.
If you were the team admin on the Business trial, you can disband the team, by following these steps.
