Passcode and Face ID every time I enter the app.

Why every time I sign into dropbox on my iPhone, I have to manually enter my username (because it doesn't recognize auto complete), and then I have to turn on Passcode and to allow Face ID, as if it ...

    iOS is 17.1

    Dropbox is Basic (free) version.

      Could you try accessing the app, and then check the version of the app you're using on your end? 

       

      Also, if I were you, I'd clear the app's cache using its settings. Please give it a go, and update me on the results.
