What will the modification date be once I download my Dropbox files using the app?

Hi,

I want to reinstall Windows on my PC. Then I want to reinstall Dropbox and download all the data back to my PC via the Dropbox app. What will the modification date of the downloaded files be? Will it be the day of the download, or will it remain unchanged?

    If you reinstall Dropbox and allow it to sync all of your content again, the files will retain their modification dated.
