Sorry for the delay (off for a break), I have managed to remove and reinstall the app.

Dropbox update and dropbox service were visible and I stopped it.
Tried to uninstall, it stopped.
Will reboor and try again.

No luck, after reboot is stopped as well.

All steps have been done, please note:
In %PROGRAMFILES%” there is no folder Dropbox.
In %PROGRAMFILES(x86)%”, I can't delete the folder due to a file or folder being open. However, there is no file or folder open at all.
