There's no login option on the Dropbox app for iPhone (just the option to create an account).
I have had a Dropbox account for years, and I recently downloaded the Dropbox app on my iphone 15, which I got to replace a previous iphone that I damaged beyond the ability to use.
I am logged into Dropbox on my Mac and in my browser.
When I went to log into the Dropbox app on my new phone, I was presented with an interface to create a new account, but not to log in.
I went ahead and entered my email and password for my existing account in that interface, thinking it would provide me with a login interface once it recognized that an account with those credentials already exists. But it doesn't.
So I can't find any way to use this app. What is the solution?
Seems like you have to delete the app and re-download, or shut down the phone and restart. The login suddenly appeared on mine after trying different things like that.

You are correct!! Restarting the phone did it! Weird issue. And I'd have thought it would have recognized a "restart" from this morning when I did a software update. iOS 18 on a new iPhone 16 pro max. Thanks for the tip

I have the same issue. I use dropbox on my phone all the time, but I just got a new phone and I downloaded the dropbox app. I went to use it today and it wouldn't give me an option to login....only an option to sign up for a new account. This makes no sense.
I am unable to attach the screenshot as the attachment button doesn't appear to do anything here. :(

it didn't work for me. I have restarted my phone twice and reinstalled the app several times now with no change. It still only gives me a new account option. :(
