Using Paper App on new iPad and Folders option won’t show up in dropdown on main page
Installed Paper app on new iPad and the Folders option won’t show up on dropdown menu when I try to create a new Folder. I can see my docs, but not the usual option to access Folders or Docs or All....

2 years agoHey Marilyn7, thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you let me know which version of the Paper app you're using and which iPad OS version you're on?
A screenshot of where you used to see this option, would also be really helpful.
Thanks.

Thank you. Paper Ap version is 825.2. Unfortunately I can’t figure out how to attach a screenshot to this message. The camera button doesn’t work to do so. The screen simply says “Browse” at the top and documents that were shared with me are listed. But no Folders or even the open for them. All it says above docs are “Recently viewed”. The “+” button at the top right is at the top right but again no option to make a Folder.

Thanks for the additional information Marilyn7
If the camera icon within your reply's box isn't working to attach your screenshot, you can send us a shared link to your screenshot(s) instead.
While we're at it, do you notice the same behavior when accessing your Dropbox Paper files and folders through a web browser instead of the app?

The link button is not working either.

This is a bit frustrating. None of the options are working to share my screenshot with you.

No need to use a button to share a link with us, Marilyn.
You can simply upload your screenshot to Dropbox and then copy the link and paste it to your next message to us. Sorry for the trouble!
