Will my Dropbox folder which houses my keepassdroid information be impacted by the elimination of Dropbox password?
No. Because you are using a third party tool (keepassdroid) which is nothing to do with Dropbox - it simply utilises its storage :)

I too have keepass database in a dropbox folder, which is shared among out family's phones and computers. Good to have it always synchronized.
