Boxifier Status
Hi All,
I've been following the Boxifier threads as I'm not having much luck emailing the support team directly. Christine at Boxifier has been helping me on and off since June of last year but Boxifier has not worked for me since then, yes I have the new cloud sync problem. Last I heard from Christine was right before the new year and I have reached out a few times since then with no response.
They have been very helpful when active and even helped me with a license problem. But I'd like to have some response when I ask a question and some status on when this is going to be finally fixed so I don't keep losing valuable files from a broken syncing process. My regular Dropbox folder isn't synching either because of this.
Any help and update would be greatly appreciated. Razvan Boxifier do you have any update?

I'd love the same. It's been literal months since I've been able to get anything but a [Request Received] autoreply to a ticket. Their support forums are dead. Razvan pops in here occasionally to trick me into believing that someone over there is actually doing something. Really too bad, because when it worked, it was exactly what I wanted.

Agreed. This was one of the best products I've used over the past 7 years, backs up all of my important files across my network and was extremely reliable up until about 8 months ago. I've lost tons of important files because of conflicted copies and synching problems, pictures and things from my kids, business files, etc. They delete by themselves and I don't realize it until it's too late. I have to move everything to the Dropbox website manually if i change something. It's been extremely frustrating.

I still haven't heard back from Boxifier support or anything on here. Razvan Boxifier Can you please provide an update? I'm going on almost a year without Boxifier working for me. Thanks.

I just wanted to set a realistic expectation and let you know that unfortunately we won't be able to offer any support on this as it was Boxifier that built the integration so we have no access or visibility.
I would encourage you all to continue sharing feedback and updates here as any info might be helpful for other users.

Oh, we know Neal, I'm not expecting Dropbox to solve not-Dropbox's problem... :) Unfortunately, this was seemingly the only place that got a response from them, so every now and then, one of us hopefully pokes the dead body. Probably safe to say we can bury it already... 🫤

Agreed. I'm here in hopes that someone from the Boxifier team will see the situation with their customers and will provide some kind of communication about the status of their product. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone for help.
