Can I change per-file permissions when using SSH certificates?

Until now, I've been syncing my SSH certificates in Dropbox. However, since a couple months ago, everytime I open the app I see this message:

If I click "Give permission", this will grant read access to my certificate files, and the next time I try connecting to SSH using that certificate I will get an error and will have to manually remove the permission.

If I click Cancel, I will get again this same message the next time I open Dropbox.

My feature idea is having a more specific message that let users know which files have permission issues, with a way to just reject the permission changes and adjust the selective sync accordingly. The current way is a bit too uninformative and probably breaks systems for many others.
