Ok so updating to iPasOS 17 seems to have resolved the issue.

Is it possible that Dropbox is no longer added to your Files app?

Thanks for the prompt reply.
As you can see from the screenshot the Dropbox folder appears on the side. It shows the same on the Files app (and same error message).
I haven't made any change on my setup so I believe this is a bug.
I am upgrading to iPadOS 17 as we speak to see if this solves the issues. I am running DB on an iPad Pro M2 2023 if that helps.
