Dropbox Passwords not Auto-filing on IOS

This previously worked on my iPhone 14 pro and on my new iPad however it no longer seems to and wondering what changed or what’s needed by myself to do. It also no longer asks to save passwords.   ...

IOS 16.3.1

As for the app version, there's nothing in the app to indicate that. App store shows it's up to date and version 216.25.

    Do you have your recovery words for Dropbox Passwords saved on your computer somewhere?
