Hi Jay,
I still receive the email, and the Wix support told me the file is well sent by the integarted app in the web site. But the file doesn't arrive on the dropbox. I have checked everything, disconnect and reconnect the app from dropbox but also, from the wix page. I really need help. Does this app still working (supported) on dropbox or not ? This is a business use for me and it is very important that I can rely on it... or find another solution.
Thakns again. Anne

3 years agoIt depends on the Wix app itself, if that app is responsible for transfer files from Wix to Dropbox, and no new files are being added into your Dropbox account (which you can check from the events page), then it means that the Wix app isn't working.
As the app isn't developed by Dropbox, we wouldn't be able to assist further in troubleshooting their app.

Ok, I think so. I return with wix support. Thanks for your help. Have a good day.

Hi,
Still trying to find a solution to my problem...
I have found this : Dropbox has recently introduced short-lived access tokens only, and does not seem to allow new apps to generate
access tokens that do not expire. Short-lived access tokens can be indentified by their prefix (short-lived access tokens
start with 'sl.').Is it possible that the problem comes from that modification from dropbox ?
Thanks
